Our cuisine is based on the Mediterranean diet. We are very aware of the origins of the flavours of the vilera tradition; For this reason, we have reflected in their kitchens the authentic recipes of the Mediterranean, where quality and seasonal products prevail.
Our restaurant is ideal to taste the tasty sweet rice of monkfish, clams, artichokes and young garlic or the typical rice from Villajoyosa with anchovies, chickpeas and spinach.
You can also taste our varied fresh and wild fish, direct from the fishermen's guild of the fish market of Villajoyosa and of exquisite quality. And as a final dessert for our palate the delicious and original from Villajoyosa Nardo (absinthe &coffee slush).
In our beerhouse, with a very familiar and comfortable atmosphere, you will be able to taste our varied homemade portions, as they are: the Villajoyosa's scrambled (red mullet, whiting and palaya), fish from the bay, the traditionally grilled octopus with smoked potato or grilled sepionet with herbal oil. Also, for your enjoyment, it is mandatory to order our succulent little sirloin montadito veal, or our well-known homemade Russian salad, among others. Finally, you can do it with our typical dessert from Villajoyosa, which will not disappoint you (nougat, hot chocolate and cream).
You can enjoy the wonderful cuisine of Ca Marta, both in the interior lounge of the restaurant and on the sunny terrace that we have in front of the marina.
